Today I got a red snapper from eastern market and cooked it, whole, on the grill. The kids love it - both the taste and the presentation. The title of this post is a direct quote from Reagan after she touched the cooked fish's eye. I caught Quinley investigating after we eat (she laughed out loud after this picture).
