“She’s walking”
Quinley’s up to 4 or so steps on her own, can stand up on her own, and really likes to pick things up and carry them around.
Camping
We went camping with some friends last weekend and had an awesome time. We played on the playground
and ate s’mores for breakfast.
We also did a little hiking and went to the pool. I think we’d all do it again.

DC Truck Touch
On Saturday we spent the morning in the parking lot of RFK Stadium sitting in different trucks and other vehicles that are used by the DC government. We got to try lots of things, including…
a firetruck (Reagan’s favorite),
Sampson the horse (Quinley’s favorite),
a roll-back tow truck,
the newest, cleanest concrete mixing truck I have ever seen, and,
the helicopter (Tim’s favorite).
The “heptocopter” would have been Reagan’s favorite, but she told us later that she wanted it to fly, so the fire truck was her favorite instead.

Morning with Hillary
Last week, we were invited to welcome Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, to Georgetown for a UNICEF conference. Almost all of the kids who attended are from Reagan’s school, and, though we were hoping for a better photo op with Secretary Clinton, it was still pretty neat to see her and participate.
